Our fair and transparent policy for subscription refunds and cancellations.
Our commitment: We believe in fair treatment for all members. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, we offer refunds in the situations listed below. Please read this policy before making a purchase.
When Are Refunds Available?
Eligible for Refund
- Accidental double payment for the same plan
- Technical error prevented you from accessing features
- Subscription charged after confirmed cancellation
- Request made within 7 days of first purchase (new members only)
- Platform was unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after using the service
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal date
- Account suspended due to policy violations
- Partial month or unused days remaining
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
How to Request a Refund
Follow these simple steps:
Email refunds@prajapatisamajsetu.in with your registered email and reason
Our team reviews your request within 2–3 business days
You receive an email confirmation of approval or explanation if declined
Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. After cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you meet the refund criteria above
- Your profile and data remain intact — you can re-subscribe at any time
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Paytm / PhonePe / GPay: 2–5 business days
If you don't see the refund after these timelines, please contact your bank and then reach out to us.
